No-Cook, No-Fuss, No-Mess Healthy Breakfast Recipe: Oatmeal On The Run

No Cook Healthy Breakfast

Clockwise: almonds, organic shredded coconut, low-fat milk, raisins, cacao nibs and of course, rolled oats.

What if breakfast was just a few seconds away?

Without having to chop or use the stove?

Without creating any mess?

All that’s required is mixing all ingredients together and waiting as much – or as little – as 10 minutes. And what’s the best part?

It’s HEALTHY!

Are you yanking my chain?

Nope I’m not. This recipe is insanely EASY which is makes it perfect for you!

Why?

Because mornings are often stressful and rushed. Yes, there are ways to make morning routines easier for everyone, but nothing can beat whipping up breakfast in a flash.

Literally.

Okay, okay, tell me about it already!

Oatmeal on the run is a recipe from Chris Johnson’s On Target Living.

Takes less than 30 seconds to make — and kids will love making their own bowls.

Should I try this healthy breakfast recipe for my family?

Most definitely. All you need is to grab the ingredients from the grocery store and you’re all set.

Put ingredients, seal container, pop in the refrigerator. Easy peasy!

Note: A big thank you to the folks at On Target Living for sending me this healthy breakfast. Disclaimer Policy

  4. Oh we do soaked oatmeal all the time in our house. We use almond, coconut, soy and, if I actually have access, raw cream and put all kinds of fruits into it. We also do this with farro and buckwheat too. Delicious!
